DCENT X is DCENT's new hardware wallet, with a 2.4-inch color AMOLED touchscreen and a fingerprint sensor. Before every transaction you see the destination address, amount and network on the device's own screen, then touch your finger to approve. It suits anyone who wants to check the details clearly on screen before confirming, and DCENT Biometric Wallet users who want a bigger screen.
Works with iPhone and Android
- Pairs with the DCENT Wallet app on iPhone and Android over Bluetooth. Requires app version 10.0.0 or later.
- Android phones can also connect to the device with a USB-C cable. iPhone connects over Bluetooth only.
- The DCENT app runs on iOS 15.5 and Android 9.0 or later.
- First-time pairing is done by scanning a QR code shown on the device screen, so the app asks for Bluetooth and camera permission.

- Fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device, authenticates in 0.5 seconds, up to 2 fingerprints
- 4 to 8 digit PIN, usable instead of a fingerprint, or on its own without registering a fingerprint
- Secure Element certified CC EAL6+, which generates the Private Key offline inside the chip and stores fingerprint data in the same chip
- Bluetooth 5.0 and USB-C connectivity. NFC is used only with the R3covery Card
- 530 mAh Li-ion polymer battery, charged over USB-C (DC 5V 0.5A), about 2 hours to full, more than 150 transactions per charge (counting power on, one signature, power off)
- Firmware integrity is checked at every power-on, and the app runs a Genuine Check on the first connection
- Firmware updates over Bluetooth from the mobile app, no computer needed
- Device languages: English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese (Simplified) and Japanese
- Supports more than 100 networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP
Backing up your Seed Phrase
During setup the device creates a 24-word Seed Phrase. You can write it down on paper, tap an R3covery Card on the back of the device to store the Seed Phrase on the card in encrypted form, or do both.
- One R3covery Card comes in the box only with the With R3covery Card option. If you choose Device only, the 24-word Seed Phrase works as usual without a card.
- The Seed Phrase can be viewed only once. After that it cannot be shown again, and only a menu to check that your written words are correct remains.
- Restore on a new device with the R3covery Card or by entering the 24-word Seed Phrase on the on-screen T9 keypad. 12 and 18 word Seed Phrases from other wallets can be restored too.
- Supports a passphrase (25th word), either stored on the device or used once, up to 100 characters.
If the device is lost or the PIN is entered wrong
Anyone who does not know the PIN and has no registered fingerprint cannot use the device. After 5 failed fingerprint scans in a row the device asks for the PIN instead, and after 10 wrong PIN entries in a row it resets itself and erases all key data. You can then restore with the R3covery Card or your written 24-word Seed Phrase.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. It connects over Bluetooth to the DCENT Wallet app version 10.0.0 or later. Connecting a phone with a USB-C cable works on Android only.
Do I need an R3covery Card?
No. You can back up with the 24-word Seed Phrase on paper as usual. If you would rather keep the Seed Phrase on a card than write the words down, choose the With R3covery Card option, which includes one card in the box.
How is it different from the DCENT Biometric Wallet?
DCENT X has a larger color AMOLED touchscreen, uses a CC EAL6+ chip (the Biometric Wallet uses CC EAL5+) and can back up to an R3covery Card. The DCENT Biometric Wallet backs up with a Seed Phrase only.
How long does the battery last?
More than 150 transactions per charge, and about 2 hours to charge fully over USB-C. The device turns itself off after 3 minutes of inactivity (default setting) to save battery.

One rule to remember
Anyone who asks for your Seed Phrase is a scammer, 100% of the time. No exceptions.
Neither SIAMBC nor DCENT will ever ask for your Seed Phrase or your device PIN, whatever reason is given: warranty claims, identity verification, system updates or account recovery. Your 24-word Seed Phrase is the key to your assets. Whoever has it can take them immediately, and they can never be recovered.

Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we accept the return within 30 days of delivery, provided the box is unopened, the factory seal is intact and undamaged, and all accessories and included gifts are present. Post it to us at our expense, or bring it to our store in Thawi Watthana, Bangkok. Once we have confirmed the seal is intact, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Opened items: once the seal has been opened, we cannot accept a return or refund for any reason other than a defect, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once the seal is broken, the tamper-evident packaging can no longer assure the next customer that the device has not been interfered with.
How to arrange a return or exchange
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number and, for a faulty item, what is wrong with a photo or short video.
- We will arrange the refund or the replacement.
Refunds: unopened returns that meet the conditions above are refunded in full. Faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 1 to 2 business days, depending on where you are — faster if you are in Bangkok.

What warranty do I get?
Hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, claimed directly through us, with no waiting in an overseas support queue.
If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.
How can I pay?
Credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You can also pay in person at our Bangkok store.
Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.
Our step-by-step guides walk you through each step. If you get stuck, our team can answer on LINE or by phone, without ever seeing or asking for your recovery phrase.
Which model should I choose?
It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
