Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

Common questions
Can I use it with an iPhone?
Yes, over Bluetooth, on iOS 14 or later. This is the main reason to choose the Nano X over the Nano S Plus, which does not work with iOS at all.
Why is the cheaper Nano S Plus certified higher?
The Nano S Plus uses the ST33K1M5 chip at CC EAL6+; the Nano X uses the ST33J2M0 at CC EAL5+. The Nano X's extra cost buys Bluetooth and iPhone support, not a higher certification. That is an honest trade-off worth knowing before you choose.
Does it come with a Ledger Recovery Key?
No. The Ledger Recovery Key works with Ledger Flex, Ledger Stax and Ledger Nano Gen5, which each include one in the box. The Nano X does not support it.
How many apps can I install?
Up to 100 at once.
Does it need charging?
It has a built-in battery for Bluetooth use, charged over USB-C.

- The device must show no signs of tamperingLook around the body, the edges, the seams and the USB-C port. There should be no pry marks, scratches, glue residue, or loose or badly fitted parts. If you find any of these, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- There must be no PIN or Seed Phrase in the boxA new device comes with no PIN and no Seed Phrase. If you find one on a card, on paper or in a manual, do not use the device under any circumstances and contact us right away.
- Every Seed Phrase sheet must be blankIf words are already written on one, the device is not safe. Do not use it.

How much is the Ledger Nano X?

Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. It connects over Bluetooth to the Ledger Wallet app on an iPhone running iOS 15 or later.
How is the Ledger Nano X different from the Ledger Nano S Plus?
The Nano X has Bluetooth and a battery, so it works with iPhone. The Nano S Plus has neither and works only with a computer or Android over a cable. On the other hand, the Nano S Plus uses a higher-certified chip (EAL6+ versus EAL5+) and is lighter.
Does it work with the Ledger Recovery Key?
No. The Recovery Key works only with the Ledger Stax, Ledger Flex and Ledger Nano Gen5.
How many words is the Seed Phrase?
24 words, created on the device's own screen. Write them on the sheets in the box.
Is it water resistant?
No water or dust rating is stated for the device, so keep it away from water.
Will SIAMBC or Ledger ever ask for my Seed Phrase?
Neither will ever ask, for any reason. Anyone who asks for your 24-word Seed Phrase is a scammer, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use Ledger's name, or say it is for a warranty claim, identity check or firmware update.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every device we sell is new and factory sealed. SIAMBC is an official Ledger reseller and has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 1 to 2 business days, depending on where you are — faster if you are in Bangkok.

What warranty do I get?

The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.

Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. You press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down the recovery phrase on your own. SIAMBC never sees your recovery phrase and will never ask for it.

Which model should I choose?
It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
