Pairs well with
DCENT S is a card-type hardware wallet from DCENT, as thin as a credit card. You use it by tapping the card on the back of your phone over NFC. No battery, no charging and no cable. This kit also comes with an R3covery Card as a backup card. It suits people who transact often and want to keep it with them, since it fits in a wallet like any other card.
Works with iPhone and Android phones that have NFC
- Pairs with the DCENT Wallet app on iPhone and Android. Your phone needs NFC
- NFC is already on in iPhone, with nothing to set up. On Android, turn on the NFC tag read and write option in Settings.
- Requires DCENT app version 9.2.0 or later. The app runs on iOS 15.5 and Android 9.0 or later.
- The card has no screen. Check the destination address, amount and network fee on your phone screen first, then tap the card to sign.
Specifications
- Secure Element certified CC EAL6+. The Private Key stays in the chip and never leaves the card
- 85.6 x 54 x 0.9 mm, about 5 g
- IP69 water and dust resistance
- Operates at -30 to +50 degrees Celsius
- Connects over NFC only. No battery, it draws power from the phone when you tap the card
- No firmware to update
- 6-digit card PIN that you set at activation. There is no default PIN
- Supports more than 100 networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and XLM
- Made in South Korea
What the R3covery Card is for
The DCENT S card signs transactions. The R3covery Card only stores the DCENT S card's Seed Phrase in encrypted form and cannot sign, so you can keep it at home, away from the main card. If the main card is lost, damaged or reset, tap the R3covery Card to restore onto a new DCENT S card or one that has been reset.
- The R3covery Card has its own 6-digit PIN, set when you back up
- One DCENT S card can be backed up to several R3covery Cards, kept in different places
- You can also write the 24-word Seed Phrase down on paper. The app shows it only once, during setup, as a fallback if you forget the PIN of both cards or lose both cards
- The R3covery Card alone cannot display the Seed Phrase
- The R3covery Card cannot back up a DCENT Biometric Wallet
If the PIN is entered wrong
You can enter the DCENT S card PIN up to 10 times. After 10 wrong attempts the card may be reset. The R3covery Card also allows up to 10 PIN attempts. If the card is reset, restore it with the R3covery Card or your written 24-word Seed Phrase. Also note that the card PIN is not the 6-digit passcode that locks the DCENT app.
What's in the box
- DCENT S card
- R3covery Card
Warranty
1-year warranty, claimed through SIAMBC.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with iPhone?
Yes, as long as your phone has NFC. iPhone has NFC on already, while Android needs it turned on in Settings first. Use DCENT Wallet app version 9.2.0 or later.
Can I use it to pay like a credit card?
No. DCENT S is not a payment card and cannot be tapped to pay in shops. It only stores keys and signs transactions through the app.
If I lose the card, are my assets lost?
No. Your assets are on the network, and the card only holds the key that gives access to them. You can restore with the R3covery Card or the 24-word Seed Phrase. But if you lose both cards and never wrote down the Seed Phrase, recovery is not possible.
Do I need to charge it or update firmware?
Neither. The card has no battery, draws power from the phone when you tap it, and has no firmware to update.
My phone does not read the card. What should I do?
First remove a thick case, other cards tucked in the case, or magnetic accessories such as MagSafe. Hold the card flat against the back of the phone over the NFC antenna (on iPhone usually near the top by the camera, on Android usually in the middle of the phone) and keep it there until the app says it is done.
Buying from SIAMBC
SIAMBC is an authorized DCENT reseller in Thailand. SIAMBC has sold hardware wallets for more than 10 years. Genuine products, a showroom in Bangkok, fast delivery in 1-2 days, and after-sales support in Thai and English.
One rule to remember
Anyone who asks for your Seed Phrase is a scammer, 100% of the time. No exceptions.
Neither SIAMBC nor DCENT will ever ask for your Seed Phrase or your card PIN, and neither will ever ask you to send them your R3covery Card, whatever reason is given: warranty claims, identity verification, system updates or account recovery. Your 24-word Seed Phrase is the key to your assets. Whoever has it can take them immediately, and they can never be recovered.

Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we accept the return within 30 days of delivery, provided the box is unopened, the factory seal is intact and undamaged, and all accessories and included gifts are present. Post it to us at our expense, or bring it to our store in Thawi Watthana, Bangkok. Once we have confirmed the seal is intact, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Opened items: once the seal has been opened, we cannot accept a return or refund for any reason other than a defect, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once the seal is broken, the tamper-evident packaging can no longer assure the next customer that the device has not been interfered with.
How to arrange a return or exchange
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number and, for a faulty item, what is wrong with a photo or short video.
- We will arrange the refund or the replacement.
Refunds: unopened returns that meet the conditions above are refunded in full. Faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.
Keep your Seed Phrase on steel
A Seed Phrase written on paper is at risk from fire, flood and termites. Stainless steel keeps it safer. Buy it with this hardware wallet and save 10% instantly.

Common questions
Which model should I choose? It depends on your phone. The Ledger Nano S Plus does not work with iPhone, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS. Compare every model side by side.
Are your products genuine? Yes — new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels, from a physical shop in Bangkok you can walk into.
Will anyone ask for my recovery phrase? Never. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Before you buy
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 1 to 2 business days, depending on where you are — faster if you are in Bangkok.
Need it today? We can send it by Grab or LINEMAN for same-day delivery. Call us or message us on LINE to arrange it, pay by bank transfer, and it goes out immediately.
You are also welcome to collect from our Bangkok store.
Can I collect from your store instead?
Yes. We are in Thawi Watthana, Bangkok, open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You are welcome to come in, see the devices in person and ask questions before you buy. We answer in Thai and English. Find us here.
What warranty do I get?
Hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, claimed directly through us, with no waiting in an overseas support queue.
If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.
How can I pay?
Credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You can also pay in person at our Bangkok store.
Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.
Our step-by-step guides walk you through each step. If you get stuck, our team can answer on LINE or by phone, without ever seeing or asking for your recovery phrase.
Which model should I choose?
It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.
Compare every model side by side, or ask us. We will tell you honestly which one fits.
What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
