Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: Tangem cards carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

The Tangem Wallet 3 Cards Set is a card-shaped hardware wallet. Your private key is generated inside a certified secure element on the card and never leaves it. You sign transactions by tapping a card against your phone. There is no cable, no battery and nothing to charge.
The three cards are not three wallets. They are three copies of the same key, so any one of them opens your wallet.
Why choose three cards over two
- Three copies of your key instead of two. Lose one and you still hold two.
- The third card is what lets you reset a forgotten access code. With a 2-card set, losing one card and forgetting your code leaves you unable to recover the wallet.
- Tangem itself recommends the 3-card set for this reason.

Setup and recovery
Tap the cards to your phone in the Tangem app. The key is generated on the card itself and copied across the set, so every card in the set opens the same wallet.
If you prefer a seed phrase, Tangem supports it: you can create a wallet from a 12 or 24-word phrase, or import an existing wallet from a phrase of 12, 16, 18 or 24 words.

Common questions
Do I need all three cards to use the wallet?
No. Any one card opens the wallet. The other two are backups.
What happens if I lose a card?
You still have access with the remaining cards. Losing every card in the set means losing access to your funds, because only your cards can open the wallet.
Does it need charging?
No. The cards have no battery and draw power from your phone over NFC when you tap them.
Is there a seed phrase?
Only if you want one. The default setup uses the cards themselves as the backup, with an access code you set. Seed phrase creation and import are both supported.
Can the firmware be updated?
No, and that is deliberate. There is no update mechanism, which removes an entire category of remote attack.
What is the difference from the Tangem Ring?
The Ring is a wearable version of the same technology and ships with two backup cards. This set is three cards.

How to check it is genuine

- The cards must show no signs of tamperingCheck both sides and the edges. There should be no pry marks, deep scratches, stickers, or numbers or writing on them. If you find any of these, do not use them and contact us right away.

Does it work with iPhone?
Yes, with any iPhone on iOS 15 or later that has full NFC, except the iPhone 6, 6s and first iPhone SE. Tap the card near the top of the back of the phone, and take off a thick or metal case first.
What if I lose 1 card?
Keep using the other 2 cards as normal. Whoever finds the card cannot use it without your Access Code. If you also forget the Access Code, you can reset it with a remaining card.
How should I store the cards?
Keep them in different places, for example 1 with you, 1 at home and 1 somewhere else, so they are never all lost together.
What if I lose all of them?
If you did not set up the wallet with a Seed Phrase, the funds cannot be recovered. Keep each card in a different place.
What if I lose my phone?
No wallet data is stored on your phone. Install the Tangem app on a new phone, tap your card and enter your Access Code to carry on.
Does it need charging?
No. There is no battery; it runs on your phone's NFC only while you tap.
Will SIAMBC or Tangem ever ask for my Access Code or Seed Phrase?
Neither will ever ask, for any reason. Anyone who asks for your Access Code or Seed Phrase, or asks you to send them your cards, is a scammer, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use Tangem's name, or say it is for a warranty claim or identity check.

Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?

What warranty do I get?
Tangem cards carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty, the longest of any brand we stock. With no battery to degrade and no moving parts, Tangem can offer a warranty this long, and claims are handled directly through us, with no waiting in an overseas support queue.
If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.
How can I pay?

Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.

Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
