Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

Common questions
How is it different from the standard Classic 1S?
The Classic 1S has a 110 mAh battery; the Pure has none and is 2.2 g lighter. Chip, certification, screen, dimensions and materials are identical.
Does "Pure" mean a transparent case?
No. OneKey use "Pure" to mean battery-free. The casing is the same PC+ABS composite.
Does it need charging?
No. It has no battery and takes power from the USB-C connection.
Is there a Bitcoin-only version?
Yes, sold separately as the Classic 1S Pure BTC-Only, and the mode can be switched either way in the app.

How to check your device is genuine
- Everything listed must be in the boxCompare with "What's in the box" above. If anything is missing or something unexpected is in the box, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- The brown outer box and plastic wrap are only shipping protectionThey are not anti-counterfeit marks, and older stock may not have them. Judge by the seals, the first power-on and the in-app check instead.
- The tamper seals on the box must be intactThe seals on the top and bottom of the box must not be torn or show signs of being peeled and stuck back. If damaged, do not set up the device and contact us right away.
- The holographic seal over the USB-C port must be intactThe device has a holographic sticker over its USB-C port. Peeling it leaves obvious marks. If it is damaged or looks re-applied, do not use the device.
- The device must show no signs of tamperingLook around the body, the edges, the seams and the USB-C port. There should be no pry marks, scratches, glue residue, or loose or badly fitted parts. If you find any of these, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- Every Seed Phrase sheet must be blankIf words are already written or printed on one, do not use the device under any circumstances.
- A new device must start at the setup screenOn first power-on you choose to create a new wallet and set your own PIN. If the device already has a PIN or a wallet, or someone gives you a PIN or Seed Phrase with it, do not use it.
- Let the OneKey app check the deviceOn first connection the app checks the device certificate and firmware. Confirm on the device and wait for "Verification successful". Download the app only from onekey.so, the App Store or Google Play.

How much is the OneKey Classic 1S Pure?

Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. It connects over Bluetooth to the OneKey app on an iPhone running iOS 14 or later. Because it has no battery, plug its USB-C cable into a charger or power bank so it has power while you use it.
Why no battery?
There is no battery to wear out or swell in long storage, and it handles a wider temperature range, -20 to 55°C. Good for people who store the device for long periods and use it now and then.
How long can the PIN be, and how many wrong tries are allowed?
Up to 9 digits, using 1 to 9. After 5 or 10 wrong attempts (depending on firmware version) the device wipes itself and you restore it with your Seed Phrase.
How many words is the Seed Phrase?
Choose 12 or 24 words. The box includes 3 sheets to write them on.
Is it water resistant?
No water or dust rating is stated for this model, so keep it away from water.
Will SIAMBC or OneKey ever ask for my Seed Phrase?
Neither will ever ask, for any reason. Anyone who asks for your Seed Phrase or PIN is a scammer, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use OneKey's name, or say it is for a warranty claim, identity check or firmware update.

Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?

Hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, claimed directly through us, with no waiting in an overseas support queue.
If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.

Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
