Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

The Trezor Model T was Trezor's first touchscreen wallet. Everything is entered on the device itself, including your PIN and passphrase, so nothing sensitive is ever typed on your computer.
How the Model T protects your keys
Trezor reserve their certified secure element chips for the Safe 3, Safe 5 and Safe 7. The Model T relies on open-source firmware, on-device entry of your PIN and passphrase, and Shamir Backup.
On iPhone, Trezor Suite offers view-only access for this model. The Trezor Safe 7 is the model with full iOS functionality.

Why choose this over the Trezor Safe 5?
The Safe 5 adds a certified EAL6+ secure element, haptic feedback and Gorilla Glass. The Model T is the older design with the same touchscreen approach and a microSD slot.
What is Shamir Backup?
It splits your recovery backup into several shares, and you choose how many are needed to restore. One lost or stolen share does not expose the wallet.
Does it have a secure element?
No. That is what the Safe line adds.
Can I use it with an iPhone?
Only for viewing balances. Full iPhone functionality requires the Trezor Safe 7.

How to check your device is genuine
- The holographic seal over USB-C must be intactA holographic seal covers the Model T's USB-C port; the box itself has no seal. The seal must not be torn or missing. If it is damaged, stop the setup and contact us.
- The device must show no signs of tamperingLook around the body, the edges and the seams. There should be no pry marks, scratches, glue residue, or loose or badly fitted parts. If you find any of these, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- The screen stays off until you plug it inThe Model T has no battery, so the screen stays off until it is plugged in. That is not a fault.
- A new device ships without firmwareEvery Model T leaves the factory without firmware, and Trezor Suite installs correctly signed firmware during setup. If the device already has firmware, do not use it and contact us right away.
- The device checks its firmware every time you connectEvery time you connect, the bootloader checks the firmware signature. If the firmware is not Trezor's, the device shows a warning on screen. Only download Trezor Suite from trezor.io/start.
- The Seed Phrase must be created on the device during setupA genuine device creates a new Seed Phrase only during your first setup. If anyone gives you a Seed Phrase with the device, never use it.

How much is the Trezor Model T?

Does it work with iPhone?
It cannot be set up on iPhone, because iOS does not support connecting Trezor devices over USB-C. On iPhone you can only view balances and receive. Full setup and use work on a computer or an Android phone.
Does the Model T still get updates?
Yes. Trezor provides software updates until at least 2031 and critical security fixes until at least 2036. If you want a current model with a separate secure element, see the Trezor Safe 5.
How is the Model T different from the Safe 5?
Both have a 1.54-inch color touchscreen, but the Safe 5 adds an EAL6+ secure element, haptic feedback and Gorilla Glass 3. The Model T has no separate secure element; the PIN encrypts the keys directly.
How many words is the Seed Phrase?
12 words (BIP39) by default. You can choose 24 words or a 20-word (SLIP39) backup instead.

Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.

Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.

Which model should I choose?
It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
