Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: Tangem cards carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

The Tangem Ring is a hardware wallet you wear. Your private keys are generated and stored inside a certified secure element in the ring itself, and you sign transactions by tapping the ring against your phone. There is nothing to charge and nothing to plug in.

Backup and recovery
Your ring ships with two backup Tangem cards. During activation the wallet's private keys are distributed across the ring and both cards, so any one of them can restore access. Seed phrase generation and import are also supported if you prefer that method.

Common questions
How do I choose my size?
The ring comes in US sizes 6 to 13. If you are unsure, measure an existing ring that fits the finger you intend to wear it on, or visit our Bangkok store.
Does it need charging?
No. There is no battery. The ring draws power from your phone over NFC when you tap it.
What if I lose the ring?
The two backup cards in the box open the same wallet, so you retain access. Losing the ring and both cards means losing access, because only your devices can open the wallet.
Is it waterproof enough to shower or swim with?
It is IP69K rated against dust and water and made from zirconia ceramic, which resists scratches, water and extreme temperatures.
Is there a seed phrase?
Only if you want one. By default the ring and cards are the backup, protected by an access code you set. Seed phrase creation and import are both supported.
How is it different from the Tangem cards?
Identical technology in a wearable form. The Ring ships with two backup cards; the card sets are two or three cards.

Neither SIAMBC nor Tangem will ever ask for them, whatever reason is given — warranty claims, identity verification, system updates or account recovery. Those are the keys to your funds. Whoever has them owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.

How to check it is genuine

- The cards must show no signs of tamperingCheck both sides and the edges. There should be no pry marks, deep scratches, stickers, or numbers or writing on them. If you find any of these, do not use them and contact us right away.

How much is the Tangem Ring?

Could someone tap my ring while I am wearing it?
No. The ring has to be taken off and tapped to the phone, and every action needs your Access Code or Face ID or fingerprint.
What if I lose the ring?
Use the 2 backup cards from the set as normal. Whoever finds the ring cannot use it without your Access Code.
How do I choose a size?
Sizes run from US 6 to 13. Try one on at our store, or message us and our team will help you choose.
Can I use it for contactless payments?
No. The Tangem Ring is a wallet only; it cannot be used to pay like a credit card.
Does it work with iPhone?
Yes, with any iPhone on iOS 15 or later that has full NFC, except the iPhone 6, 6s and first iPhone SE. Tap the card near the top of the back of the phone, and take off a thick or metal case first.
Will SIAMBC or Tangem ever ask for my Access Code or Seed Phrase?
Neither will ever ask, for any reason. Anyone who asks for your Access Code or Seed Phrase, or asks you to send them your cards, is a scammer, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use Tangem's name, or say it is for a warranty claim or identity check.

Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?

What warranty do I get?
Tangem cards carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty, the longest of any brand we stock. With no battery to degrade and no moving parts, Tangem can offer a warranty this long, and claims are handled directly through us, with no waiting in an overseas support queue.
If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.
How can I pay?
Credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You can also pay in person at our Bangkok store.
Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.
Our step-by-step guides walk you through each step. If you get stuck, our team can answer on LINE or by phone, without ever seeing or asking for your recovery phrase.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
