Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

The Nifty works through the SecuX mobile app. It has no desktop or web support, unlike the V20 and W20. It is also limited to a single account per chain, where the V20, W20, W10 and Shield BIO support up to 500 accounts. If you manage many addresses or work from a computer, choose the V20 instead.

Common questions
Why buy an NFT-specific wallet?
Seeing the actual artwork on the device makes it far easier to confirm you are signing for the right piece. Token names alone are trivial to spoof.
Can I use it from a computer?
No. The Nifty is mobile-app only. The V20 and W20 support desktop as well.
What is the aluminum seed plate for?
Engraving your recovery phrase into metal with an engraving pen or a craft knife, as well as writing it on paper. Engraved letters do not wash away in water. Aluminum melts at about 662°C, so it is not a fireproof backup.
Does it hold ordinary coins too?
Yes, alongside NFTs, though it is limited to one account per chain.

- Everything in the box should be thereCompare it with "What's in the box" above. If anything is missing or something extra is in the box, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- The tamper seals must be intactThe tamper resistant labels on the box and over the device USB port should all be there, unbroken and untorn, with no sign of being peeled and stuck back. If not, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- No pry marks on the deviceCheck all around the device, its edges, seams and ports: there should be no pry marks, scratches, glue residue or loose parts. If you find any, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- Every Seed Phrase sheet must be blankIf any words are already written or printed on them, do not use the device.
- A new device must not be set up yetA new device asks you to set a new PIN through the SecuX Wallet app before creating a wallet. If it asks for an existing PIN, or came with a PIN from someone, do not use it.
- Your Seed Phrase must come from the deviceThe device generates your Seed Phrase during setup. If anyone gives you a Seed Phrase already written or printed, do not use it.

How much is the SecuX Nifty?

Does it work with a computer?
No. The Nifty works only with the SecuX Wallet app on iOS and Android phones. For computer use, choose the SecuX V20 or W20.
Which networks are supported for NFTs?
NFTs on Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain and Solana, shown as artwork on the device when you confirm. Bitcoin is supported as an asset, not as NFTs.
How do I use the aluminum card in the box?
Write your Seed Phrase on the paper sheet first, then engrave the words into the aluminum card with an engraving pen or a craft knife. Engraved letters do not wash away in water, but aluminum melts at about 662°C, so it is not a fireproof backup.
How many accounts can it hold?
One account per network, though you can create several wallets. For many accounts on one network, choose the SecuX V20 or W20, which support up to 500.
How many words is the Seed Phrase?
The device generates a 24 word Seed Phrase, then asks you to confirm each word before use.
Will SIAMBC or SecuX ever ask for my Seed Phrase?
Never, neither of us, for any reason. Anyone who asks for your Seed Phrase or PIN is a scammer, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use the SecuX name, or say it is for a warranty claim, identity check or firmware update.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?

What warranty do I get?
Hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, claimed directly through us, with no waiting in an overseas support queue.
If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.
How can I pay?

Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.
Our step-by-step guides walk you through each step. If you get stuck, our team can answer on LINE or by phone, without ever seeing or asking for your recovery phrase.
Which model should I choose?

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
