Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

Common questions
Does it really include the Ledger Recovery Key?
Yes. Ledger ship one in the Flex box. It stores your recovery phrase on an NFC card so you can restore access with a tap instead of typing 24 words. It works with Ledger Flex, Ledger Stax and Ledger Nano Gen5.
How is it different from the Ledger Stax?
Stax has a larger 3.7-inch curved screen, wireless charging and magnetic stacking. Flex has a 2.8-inch flat screen and costs less. Both use the same ST33K1M5 chip at CC EAL6+ and both include a Recovery Key.
How is it different from the Nano X?
Flex has a touchscreen, NFC and a higher CC EAL6+ certification against the Nano X's CC EAL5+. The Nano X is smaller and cheaper.
Can I use it with an iPhone?
Yes, over Bluetooth, on iOS 14 or later.
Does the screen use power when off?
No. E Ink holds its last image without power.

How to check your device is genuine

- The tape on the box is packaging, not a tamper sealWhether the device is genuine is checked by the Genuine Check in the app during setup, not by tape or stickers on the box.
- The device must show no signs of tamperingLook around the body, the edges, the seams and the USB-C port. There should be no pry marks, scratches, glue residue, or loose or badly fitted parts. If you find any of these, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- There must be no PIN or Seed Phrase in the boxA new device comes with no PIN and no Seed Phrase. If you find one on a card, on paper or in a manual, do not use the device under any circumstances and contact us right away.
- Every Seed Phrase sheet must be blankIf words are already written on one, the device is not safe. Do not use it.
- On first power-on, the welcome screen must appearA new device shows a welcome message such as "Welcome to Ledger Flex, your digital signer". If it asks for a PIN you did not set yourself the first time you turn it on, stop using it and contact us right away.

How much is the Ledger Flex?

Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. It connects over Bluetooth to the Ledger Wallet app on an iPhone running iOS 15 or later, and you can set up the device and send funds entirely from your phone.
How is the Ledger Flex different from the Ledger Stax?
Both use the same secure element (ST33K1M5, EAL6+). The Flex has a 2.8-inch screen under Gorilla Glass and an aluminum frame. The Stax has a larger 3.7-inch screen that curves around the edge, charges wirelessly and comes with a Magnet Shell.
How do I charge it, and how long does it last?
Charge it over USB-C. One charge gives about 10 hours of use. Wireless charging is not supported.
How many words is the Seed Phrase?
24 words, created on the device's own screen. A Ledger Recovery Key is also in the box as a second backup.
Is it water resistant?
No water or dust rating is stated for the device, so keep it away from water.
Will SIAMBC or Ledger ever ask for my Seed Phrase?
Neither will ever ask, for any reason. Anyone who asks for your 24-word Seed Phrase is a scammer, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use Ledger's name, or say it is for a warranty claim, identity check or firmware update.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every device we sell is new and factory sealed. SIAMBC is an official Ledger reseller and has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?

Which model should I choose?
It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
