How to check your device is genuine

  1. Everything in the box is thereCompare it with "What's in the box" above. If anything is missing or something unexpected is inside, do not switch the device on and contact us right away.
  2. The box shows no sign of being openedLook all round the box for tears, glue marks or signs it was opened and closed again. If you find any, do not set the device up and contact us right away.
  3. No pry marks on the deviceThe body is sealed metal, so the edges and seams should be smooth, with no pry marks, glue residue or loose parts. If you see any of these, do not use the device and contact us right away.
  4. The Seed Phrase card is blankIf any words are already written or printed on it, do not use the device under any circumstances.
  5. A new device has no accounts on itOn first start the device should ask you to create a new account or restore one yourself. If an account or password is already set, or someone gave you a Seed Phrase with the device, do not use it.
  6. Get the ELLIPAL app from official stores onlyInstall it from the App Store or Google Play only. ELLIPAL has no desktop software, so if someone sends you a program to install on a computer, do not install it.
  7. No need to open the deviceChecking it is genuine never means opening it. If the device is opened, its tamper protection erases the keys, and the warranty no longer applies.

ELLIPAL Titan Mini FAQ

How much is the ELLIPAL Titan Mini?

3,990 ฿ at SIAMBC. That is the final price, with no import tax to pay on top.

Does it work with iPhone?

Yes. It works with the ELLIPAL App on iPhone and Android: the device and the phone scan each other's QR codes, with no cable or Bluetooth.

Can I use it with a computer?

ELLIPAL has no desktop software; you use it mainly through the phone app. For dApps, connect through WalletConnect or MetaMask.

Is a 12-word Seed Phrase less safe than 24 words?

In practice, no. Twelve words give 128-bit strength, which nobody has been able to break. They are also shorter to write down, with less chance of a mistake. A 24-word Seed Phrase from another wallet imports into the Titan Mini as normal.

How do I charge it?

Attach the Security Adapter to the device, where it holds by magnet, then plug the charging cable into the adapter's USB-C port. Use a 5V charger, not a fast charger.

How do firmware updates work if it never goes online?

Offline. Download this model's ZIP file from ELLIPAL's website onto the microSD card, without unzipping or renaming it, and keep it the only file on the card. Insert the card into the Security Adapter before plugging in power; the adapter light should turn blue. Then seat the device on the adapter and tap Update in Settings. It takes about 5 minutes; do not remove the device meanwhile.

What if I forget the device password?

The password cannot be recovered. Reset the device and restore it with your Seed Phrase, plus your passphrase if you set one. After 10 wrong attempts the device wipes its account data by itself.

How is the Titan Mini different from the Titan 2.0?

Security is the same: air-gapped QR signing, a CC EAL5+ chip and a sealed metal body. The Titan Mini is smaller and lighter, with a 2.7 inch screen, and creates a 12-word Seed Phrase. If you want the larger 4 inch screen for checking details before you sign, see the Titan 2.0.

Is there a Thai menu?

No. The device and the app support English, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Russian and German.

Is it waterproof?

No water or dust rating is given for this model, so keep it away from water.

Will SIAMBC or ELLIPAL ever ask for my Seed Phrase?

Neither of us will, ever. Anyone who asks for your Seed Phrase, device password or Card-PIN is a scammer, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use ELLIPAL's name, or say it is for a warranty claim, identity check or firmware update.

Before you buy

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.

This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally arrive within 1 to 2 business days, depending on where you are — faster if you are in Bangkok.

Need it today? We can send it by Grab or LINEMAN for same-day delivery. Call us or message us on LINE to arrange it, pay by bank transfer, and it goes out immediately.

You are also welcome to collect from our Bangkok store.

Can I collect from your store instead?

Yes. We are in Thawi Watthana, Bangkok, open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You are welcome to come in, see the devices in person and ask questions before you buy. We answer in Thai and English. Find us here.

What warranty do I get?

Hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, claimed directly through us, with no waiting in an overseas support queue.

If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.

The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.

How can I pay?

Credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You can also pay in person at our Bangkok store.

Can I set it up myself?

Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.

Our step-by-step guides walk you through each step. If you get stuck, our team can answer on LINE or by phone, without ever seeing or asking for your recovery phrase.

Which model should I choose?

It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.

Compare every model side by side, or ask us. We will tell you honestly which one fits.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?

Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.

The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.

Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?

No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.

Still have a question?

Message us on LINE or come into the shop. We would rather answer first than have you buy the wrong device.
