Pairs well with
ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 is an air-gapped hardware wallet, meaning it is cut off from every form of connection. No WiFi, no Bluetooth, no NFC, and no USB port: it charges through the Security Adapter in the box, which passes power but never data. Everything that passes between the device and your phone does so as a QR code, scanned by the camera and shown on the screen.
Signing by QR, not by cable and not over the air
You build the transaction in the ELLIPAL app on your phone and the app shows a QR code. Hold the Titan 2.0 up and scan it, check the destination address, the amount and the fee on the 4 inch screen, then approve. The device shows a second QR code for the phone to scan back and broadcast. The private key never leaves the device.
The 4 inch screen shows the destination address, the amount and the fee clearly, so you can genuinely check what you are signing rather than approving something you cannot see.
Specifications
- 4.0 inch color IPS touchscreen
- Secure element certified to CC EAL5+
- Fully sealed metal body
- 118 x 66 x 9.7 mm, 140 g
- 1400 mAh battery
- Connects by QR code only. No WiFi, no Bluetooth, no NFC and no USB data path
Security
The private key is generated on the device and stays on the device. Every transaction is signed offline. The body is sealed metal, and if tampering or disassembly is detected the device is designed to erase its private data on its own.
You protect the device with a device password, can add a passphrase as a further layer, and keep a hidden wallet behind that passphrase. The device generates a 24-word recovery phrase, and imports an existing 12, 15, 18, 21 or 24-word phrase from a wallet you already use.
Firmware updates are installed offline through the ELLIPAL Security Adapter and the microSD card that come in the box, so the device never needs a network connection even to update.
Coins and devices supported
More than 10,000 tokens across more than 40 chains, including BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, BNB, ADA and TRX, plus layer 2 networks such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Polygon. NFTs are supported on Ethereum and Polygon.
It works with the ELLIPAL app on iOS and Android, connects to MetaMask, and reaches dApps through WalletConnect. It holds up to 10 accounts: 5 from recovery phrases and 5 imported by private key or Keystore.
Common questions
How is air-gapped different from a wallet that connects by USB or Bluetooth
An ordinary wallet has to be plugged in or paired with a device that is online. The Titan 2.0 has no such channel at all. Data moves in and out only as QR codes scanned by the camera and shown on the screen, so malware on a computer or phone has no route to the device.
Does it work with iPhone
Yes, with both iPhone and Android, because it connects by scanning QR codes rather than through a port or a radio. There is no question of the wrong connector for your model, which is what catches people out with wallets that need a cable.
If I lose the device or it breaks, are my coins gone
No. The coins are on the blockchain, not inside the device. Use your recovery phrase to set up a new Titan 2.0, or restore into any other wallet that follows the BIP39 standard.
How does it charge if there is no data connection
Through the Security Adapter in the box. The device sits on it and charges through metal contacts on its bottom edge. The adapter passes power and offline firmware updates, never a data connection.
How does Titan 2.0 differ from Titan Mini
They work the same way: air-gapped, signing by QR. The Titan 2.0 has a 4 inch screen, a 1400 mAh battery and generates a 24-word recovery phrase. The Titan Mini has a 2.7 inch screen, a 600 mAh battery, is smaller and lighter, and generates a 12-word recovery phrase.
One rule to remember
Anyone who asks for your recovery phrase is a scammer. No exceptions.
Neither SIAMBC nor ELLIPAL will ever ask for it, whatever reason is given: warranty claims, identity verification, system updates or account recovery. Those words are the key to your funds. Whoever has them owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.

Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

How to check your device is genuine
- Everything in the box is thereCompare it with "What's in the box" above. If anything is missing or something unexpected is inside, do not switch the device on and contact us right away.
- The box shows no sign of being openedLook all round the box for tears, glue marks or signs it was opened and closed again. If you find any, do not set the device up and contact us right away.
- No pry marks on the deviceThe body is sealed metal, so the edges and seams should be smooth, with no pry marks, glue residue or loose parts. If you see any of these, do not use the device and contact us right away.
- The Seed Phrase card is blankIf any words are already written or printed on it, do not use the device under any circumstances.
- A new device has no accounts on itOn first start the device should ask you to create a new account or restore one yourself. If an account or password is already set, or someone gave you a Seed Phrase with the device, do not use it.
- Get the ELLIPAL app from official stores onlyInstall it from the App Store or Google Play only. ELLIPAL has no desktop software, so if someone sends you a program to install on a computer, do not install it.
- No need to open the deviceChecking it is genuine never means opening it. If the device is opened, its tamper protection erases the keys, and the warranty no longer applies.
ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 FAQ
How much is the ELLIPAL Titan 2.0?
5,490 ฿ at SIAMBC. That is the final price, with no import tax to pay on top.
Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. It works with the ELLIPAL App on iPhone and Android: the device and the phone scan each other's QR codes, with no cable or Bluetooth.
Can I use it with a computer?
ELLIPAL has no desktop software; you use it mainly through the phone app. For dApps, connect through WalletConnect or MetaMask.
How does it charge without a port?
Seat it on the Security Adapter from the box; it charges through the metal contacts on its bottom edge. Use a 5V charger only. The adapter light is green while charging. If the device will not turn on, wipe the contacts clean and charge it for longer.
How do firmware updates work if it never goes online?
Offline. Download this model's ZIP file from ELLIPAL's website onto the microSD card, without unzipping or renaming it, and keep it the only file on the card. Insert the card into the Security Adapter before plugging in power; the adapter light should turn blue. Then seat the device on the adapter and tap Update in Settings. It takes about 5 minutes; do not remove the device meanwhile.
What if I forget the device password?
The password cannot be recovered. Reset the device and restore it with your Seed Phrase, plus your passphrase if you set one. After 10 wrong attempts the device wipes its account data by itself.
How is the Titan 2.0 different from the Titan Mini?
They work the same way: air-gapped QR signing, a CC EAL5+ chip and a sealed metal body. The Titan 2.0 has the larger 4 inch screen, a 1400 mAh battery and creates a 24-word Seed Phrase. The Titan Mini has a 2.7 inch screen, a smaller body and creates a 12-word Seed Phrase.
Is there a Thai menu?
No. The device and the app support English, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Russian and German.
Is it waterproof?
No water or dust rating is given for this model, so keep it away from water.
Will SIAMBC or ELLIPAL ever ask for my Seed Phrase?
Neither of us will, ever. Anyone who asks for your Seed Phrase, device password or Card-PIN is a scammer, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use ELLIPAL's name, or say it is for a warranty claim, identity check or firmware update.
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, within 24 hours on weekdays.

Common questions
Which model should I choose? It depends on your phone. The Ledger Nano S Plus does not work with iPhone, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS. Compare every model side by side.

Before you buy
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 1 to 2 business days, depending on where you are — faster if you are in Bangkok.
Need it today? We can send it by Grab or LINEMAN for same-day delivery. Call us or message us on LINE to arrange it, pay by bank transfer, and it goes out immediately.
You are also welcome to collect from our Bangkok store.
Can I collect from your store instead?
Yes. We are in Thawi Watthana, Bangkok, open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You are welcome to come in, see the devices in person and ask questions before you buy. We answer in Thai and English. Find us here.
What warranty do I get?
Hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, claimed directly through us, with no waiting in an overseas support queue.
If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.
How can I pay?
Credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You can also pay in person at our Bangkok store.
Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.
Our step-by-step guides walk you through each step. If you get stuck, our team can answer on LINE or by phone, without ever seeing or asking for your recovery phrase.
Which model should I choose?
It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.
Compare every model side by side, or ask us. We will tell you honestly which one fits.
What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
