The CryptoSafe Pro is the version you buy when you never want to think about your backup again. 304 stainless steel, and the letters slide in as pre-engraved tiles — no hammer, no engraver, no chance of a crooked strike.
No tools, no mistakes
Stamping and engraving are permanent, which means a slip is permanent too. The Pro avoids the problem entirely: you slot in pre-engraved steel tiles to spell out your phrase. If you get one wrong, pull it out and try again. Setup takes minutes.

Why steel beats paper
Most hardware wallets ship with a paper card for your recovery phrase, and that card is the weakest part of the whole setup. Paper burns, soaks through and fades — and in Thailand's climate, termites treat a sheet in a drawer as food. A backup can be eaten long before you next go looking for it.
Steel removes all of that at once. Fire, flood, humidity and insects stop being your problem.
Works with
Any wallet that gives you a BIP39 recovery phrase — which is almost all of them. Ledger Nano S Plus, Nano X, Flex and Stax; Trezor; Tangem; SafePal; OneKey; Keystone; DCENT; CoolWallet; Blockstream Jade; KeepKey and others. Tangem is seedless by default, so this applies if you have chosen to create or import a seed phrase.
Common questions
How is this different from the Lite?
The Lite is a plate you mark yourself and costs a fraction as much. The Pro uses slide-in tiles, so nothing is permanent until you close it, and it is built from heavier steel.
Can I change the phrase later?
Yes. The tiles come out, which is useful if you ever move to a new wallet.
Do I need any tools?
No. That is the point of this model.
Does it hold a 12-word phrase too?
Yes, anything from 12 to 24 words.

CryptoSafe products are sold without warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure the model is right for you before ordering — we are happy to answer any questions first, in Thai or English.

Anyone who asks for your recovery phrase is a scammer. No exceptions.
Neither SIAMBC nor any wallet manufacturer will ever ask for it, whatever reason is given — warranty claims, identity verification, firmware updates or account recovery. Those words are the key to your funds. Whoever has them owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.

Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

Do I need the whole word?
No. Under BIP39 the first 4 letters of each word identify it, so 96 characters is enough for 24 words at 4 letters each.
Can I change the words later?
Yes. The tiles come out, which helps if you ever move to a new wallet.
How is it different from CryptoSafe Lite?
Lite is a plate you stamp or engrave yourself. It costs much less, but a mark cannot be undone. Pro uses pre-made tiles you slide in, so you can fix mistakes until you close it, and its case is thicker.
Is there a warranty? Can I return or exchange it?
No CryptoSafe product carries a warranty, and we do not accept returns or exchanges in any case. Please make sure the model is right for you before you order. If you are unsure, ask us first.
Is there a discount if I buy it with a hardware wallet?
Yes. Buy it together with any hardware wallet in the same order and save 10% straight away.
Will SIAMBC ever ask to see your case or Seed Phrase?
No, never. The SIAMBC team will never ask to see your case, ask you to photograph it or send it in, or ask for your Seed Phrase. Anyone who does, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff or call it a product check, is a scammer.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 1 to 2 business days, depending on where you are — faster if you are in Bangkok.

Can I collect from your store instead?
Yes. We are in Thawi Watthana, Bangkok, open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You are welcome to come in, see the devices in person and ask questions before you buy. We answer in Thai and English. Find us here.
What warranty do I get?

The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.
How can I pay?
Credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You can also pay in person at our Bangkok store.
Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.
Our step-by-step guides walk you through each step. If you get stuck, our team can answer on LINE or by phone, without ever seeing or asking for your recovery phrase.
Which model should I choose?
It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.
Compare every model side by side, or ask us. We will tell you honestly which one fits.
What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
