Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, and claims are handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Change of mind or wrong model: we do not accept returns or give refunds, whether or not the box has been opened. We accept returns for defective products only, which we exchange within 30 days of delivery. This is a security limitation of these devices: once a device has left us, we cannot assure the next customer that it has not been interfered with.
How to arrange an exchange for a faulty item
- Message us on LINE at @siambc or email order@siambc.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- Send the item back to us at your own shipping cost. Once we have checked it, we exchange it.
Refunds: faulty items are exchanged rather than refunded.

CoolWallet discontinued the CoolWallet S on 31 July 2025, and we are selling remaining genuine stock of the S. CoolWallet confirm that the CoolWallet App continues to support the S, and that units keep their original 12-month manufacturer warranty.

Common questions
Is it still safe to use if it is discontinued?
Yes. The keys are held in the same certified secure element as before, and CoolWallet confirm the app still supports it. Discontinued means no new units are made, not that existing ones stop working.
Will it still get app support?
CoolWallet state the CoolWallet App will continue to support the CoolWallet S.
Should I buy the Pro instead?
If you want the current model, yes. The Pro adds a higher CC EAL6+ certification, 35+ chains against 14, and wider token and staking support, in a physically identical card.
Does the warranty still apply?
Yes, units keep their original 12-month manufacturer warranty.

How to check your device is genuine
- The box must be unopenedCoolWallet boxes leave the factory wrapped in clear film with a seal sticker. If the film is torn, the sticker has been peeled, or the box looks opened, do not set it up and contact us right away
- Everything in the box must be thereCompare with "What's in the box" above. If anything is missing or something unexpected is in the box, do not use the card and contact us right away
- No signs of tampering on the cardCheck the edges and both faces. There must be no pry marks, swelling or layers coming apart. If you find any, do not use the card and contact us right away
- The Seed Phrase cards must be blankIf any words, numbers or codes are already written on them, never use the card
- A new card must be waiting to pairA card that has never been paired shows PLEASE PAIR on its screen. If the card already holds a wallet, or someone gives you a Seed Phrase with it, do not use it

Does it work with iPhone
Yes, over Bluetooth with the CoolWallet app. It does not work with a computer
How do I charge it
Place the card on the contact charging dock from the box, and charge it at least once a month even when not in use so the battery does not degrade

On the back of the card, center right, shown as a circle. The two small dots lower down are the charging contacts, not buttons
Will SIAMBC or CoolWallet ever ask for my Seed Phrase
Neither of us will, ever. Anyone who asks for your Seed Phrase or pairing code, whether they claim to be SIAMBC staff, use the CoolWallet name, or say it is for a warranty claim, identity check or firmware update, is a scammer, every time

Yes. Every device we sell is new, sealed, genuine stock from authorized channels. SIAMBC has been Thailand's hardware wallet specialist since 2016 and has a physical store in Bangkok you can walk into.
This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.
How long does delivery take?

If a device is faulty out of the box, we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
The exception is the CryptoSafe range of steel recovery phrase backups: these products carry no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated on their product pages.
How can I pay?

Can I set it up myself?
Yes, and you should do every step yourself. It takes a few minutes: you press every button on the device, create the wallet and write down your recovery phrase on your own.
Our step-by-step guides walk you through each step. If you get stuck, our team can answer on LINE or by phone, without ever seeing or asking for your recovery phrase.
Which model should I choose?
It depends on the phone you use and what you are protecting. The most common mistake is buying a wallet that does not work with your phone — the Ledger Nano S Plus does not support iPhone at all, and most Trezor models are view-only on iOS.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, water ruins it, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
