การจัดส่ง

- ในกรณีที่สินค้าได้รับความเสียหายจากการขนส่ง ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งทางบริษัทแล้วทางบริษัทจะตรวจสอบกับทางขนส่ง
นโยบายการรับประกันสินค้า
- ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณี เว้นแต่กรณีที่สินค้าชำรุด ทั้งนี้เนื่องมาจากระบบความปลอดภัยของสินทรัพย์ดิจิตอล ฉะนั้นแล้วกรุณาตรวจสอบสินค้าและเหรียญที่กระเป๋าดิจิตอลรองรับก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ
- สินค้าของบริษัทมีระยะเวลาการรับประกันที่แตกต่างกันไป กรุณาตรวจสอบข้อมูลการรับประกันสินค้าแต่ละรายการตามที่ระบุไว้ หรือหากมีข้อสงสัยเพิ่มเติมสามารถติดต่อมาทางบริษัทได้

การให้บริการหลังการขาย
- ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าผิดรุ่นหรือสี กรุณาติดต่อมาทางบริษัท ทางบริษัทจะดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ให้กับลูกค้า
- ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่พึงพอใจกับสินค้าหรือบริการของบริษัท กรุณาติดต่อบริษัทก่อนตัดคะแนน ทางบริษัทยินดีทีจะรับฟังความคิดเห็นของลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ปัญหาร่วมกัน
- หากลูกค้ามีคำถามเพิ่มเติม สามารถติดต่อมาทางบริษัทได้ ทางบริษัทจะตอบคำถามลูกค้าโดยเร็วที่สุด แต่ในบางกรณีที่มีการล่าช้าบริษัทต้องขออภัยมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย
